Ok so i wreck my 96 hatch it orginally had a d16y7 i swapped it to a lsvtec which I assume its a obd2a engine. It ran great

Well after the wreck i pulled the motor and harness ecu etc.
And now i have a 99 civic ex 5 speed coupe which i assume again that it is an obd2b car and that came with a y8 i pulled that motor
and dropped my lsvtec in the 99 used the 99 ex harness on the lsvtec
Got a jumper harness for the ecu
im running a p72
I swapped the the distributors wires to the 99 engine harness
The car runs but not ful power i feel its in a limp
mode i need help to figure out to get back to 100 power plz help
