Hi, My name is Sean. I live in Manassas Virginia.
I have joined because my 1992 Honda Civic with a 1.5 l engine now has a bad ECU. I sent it off to "GoECM", but they said they cannot (or will not) repair it since it has water damage (slight rust on one of the circuits). Now I am at an impass.

I am looking for guidance in either buying a used ECU, or repairing the one I have at home.
