Default Beginner advice?

Hi guys, my name is Alex. I’m new to this forum but interested to see what kind of advice anyone can give me since I’m kinda starting out in the custom game. I drive a 2010 Honda Civic EX Coupe, which still has a full stock suspension with no work done so far. However, if I plan on installing some lowering coils about 2 inches lower, then what would be the best size rim to put on there? She currently has 16" stock rims but I would like to go up to 18", I just don't know which offset would fit best on her so that I don't get any rubbing/grinding inside my fender. But if getting the 18's means having to do a slight fender roll, then I don't mind that either, because I do prefer more of a deep-dish look with the lowered stance. I’ve got my eyes on some ESR SR02’s right now but I’m open to other ideas too. Please let me know any thoughts or suggestions??
