I like to put these rims on my 2000 Honda Civic SI but I want to know if they would be a direct fit or would I need to do any mods to the fender? Also will there be any rubbing?

The offset is +15mm
I'm not sure what tire size I would need to get
as for suspension everything is pretty much stock
I'm a newbie so I want to make sure I get this done right the first time around.
Any advice is appreciated.

They will fit fine until you decide to start lowering it. Then camber work and fender rolling may be necessary depending how low you go.
