Hi new to the form just looking for some help

I have a b18a1 looking to turbo it.this is my first turbo build. Been looking at options for building it. id like to do a high compression build but not really sure what I all need to make it work. Im not building it over night so just trying to see what I all need for it to get started. Do I need different ecu, injector, fuel type. I'm not trying to go crazy with boost just something fun and fast it is not going to be a daily drive so not worried about that.

I already have t3 turbo ,blow off valve, top mount manifold, intercooler, stuff like that. Just seeing like what kinda piston and rods to get not sure there. Any help would be great
