Aloha, my name is Neil.

I have a 1986 Honda magna 1100. My voltage regulator is getting very hot, one of the wires coming from it is burning the insulation off it. Also a round cylinder under the seat is clicking...it is connected to regulator. Any help would be appreciated.

I only noticed because I was changing radiator fluid today.
Also i changed the head lamp bulb last week....I took bulb out and it still heats up and the wire burns.
