yet another "swap that wont start/run"
what up guys ok. here it is I am about to set this thing on fire and call my insurance company.
92 honda civic DX hatch. I swaped in a 94 LS/vtec/turbo allthe vtec is wired in correctly. stock injectors stock computer, the fireing order is right. the motor has compression and the engine timing is correct. it turns over but it wont crank at all. all the wring had been double checked and is right. I am however using the wiring harness off of an automatic civic dx single cam motor.
I dont know that is it working correctly. anyone have any imput?

I had one that was driving an insurance claims adjuster up the wall coincidentally, and it was just as you described...
Look at the water neck where the thermostat is....
Is the wiring harness grounded in there? It has a small eyelet of two or even three or four.
This fixed the problem on Vern's car... I think the injectors get their ground from this point, though I can't remember for sure. Vern had fuel and he had spark...
The engine was running when it came out... So...
Anyway, I touched the thing to ground while he was cranking, and vroom!!! there it was!
