Default yes another dyno analysis request...but different than others

i've been experimenting this weekend with the homemade dyno stuff....i have the result shown below. i've never dynoed my car before so i dont know how accurate this is but i was wondering if it looks fairly typical for this type of swap. ALL COMMENTS WELCOME

i'm not an expert, nor a mechanic, but those numbers seem a touch low. I'd figure a stock b16 would be closer to 130 hp and 100 ft lb of torque.

i should have clarified....i guessed on the weight of my car to be 2700 lbs until i get the chance to weigh it....i'm more concerned with the overall shape, etc

nope
honda dyno's go like this / not like this --
thats probably a program for domestics. they get near peak HP and torque down low.
this is a very angry b16 dyno.
i would love to see the specs on this engine.

but thats the general shape.

thanks for the replies....i updated the pic just now so that the y axis wasnt so compressed - i think that was making the curve look flatter than it really was. i've also noticed that most dynos on the net start at 4krpms. since mine starts lower i think it also makes it look different. thanks for the replies so far, feel free to add more comments

thanks

That initial spike looks like it could have been caused by wheelspin. Other than that I don't think the curve looks bad. The best way to check it would be to get the car weighed and then recalculate the curves and then dyno and compare the results. Oncd you know you can count on the home dyno software you can use it for comparison results.

has anyone ever seen a dyno look like that with all the ups and downs? what would cause this?

well i think you can buy kits and stuff out there but i just kinda whipped up my own way this weekend by hooking up my laptop to my speed sensor and and analyzing the output on a spreadsheet someone provided me in an earlier post. total cost for me: $0
