Wiring VTEC is very simple. It's three wires.

All you need to do is follow the VTEC Pressure sensor and the VTEC solenoid to the ECU.

You may wire VTEC by doing the following:

Follow from the VTEC Spool Solenloid to A4 pin-out at the ECU.

VTEC Pressure sensor goes to ground (tap into Grn/Wht wire at the firewall) and D6 pin-out at the ECU.

HTH.

Ok so you have wire three wires but the vtec pressure sensor has to be ran to the ecu and grounded? How is this done? does it have one wire for you to run to the ecu and another that you use for a ground?

Correct. It uses a 2 wire connector, one is run to the ecu and the other is grounded out. The ground wire should just be run to somewhere in the engine bay, a bolt should hold it...just make sure that there is metal exposed and touching the wire..

yes, you can ground it on the motor or on bare metal, or you may use an ECU ground or tap into the Grn/Wht wire.
