Wiring difference for H22a into Usdm Prelude si
I just bought a Jdm H22a. I have a 93 Usdm Prelude si, I was wondering what kind of problems I am going to run into, and How am I going to wire up the vtec. Please help!

Assuming you have an OBD-1 H22, you can drop that motor in (direct replacement for your H23 swap), and run the same axles and linkage and mounts/brackets. For VTEC, wire up the following (for a P13 ECU).....
VTEC solenoid (GRN/YEL wire) to A4 on the ECU
VTEC pressure switch (BLU/BLK) to D6 on the ECU
Knock sensor to D3 on the ECU
VTEC solenoid (GRN/YEL wire) to A4 on the ECU
VTEC pressure switch (BLU/BLK) to D6 on the ECU
Knock sensor to D3 on the ECU

We are currently doing a similar swap. We are awapping an H22 into a 92 Prelude Si with 4 wheel steering. I am familiar with the vtec wiring, but was curious as to how the 4ws was going to work with the new engine. Is the 4ws system mechanical or electronic????? And will the new ECU and engine work okay with the 4ws??
