B18A is the 1990-1993 Integra LS engine.
The 1990-1991 version is pre-OBD electronics and is rated at 130hp.
The 1992-1993 version is OBD1 and rated at 140hp.
Both come with a cable tranny, which is what you need for the 1988-1991 Civic and CR-X swaps because they use a cable-actuated clutch, not the hydro clutches found on 1992-up Civics and 1994-up Integras.
He's not mistaken for the B18B. The B18B is the 1994-up version found in the Integra RS, LS, GS, and Special Editions.
The B18B is rated at 140hp and are either OBD1 (1994-1995) or OBD2 (1996-2001) and are all hydro-tranny equipped.
To answer the topic starter's question, I'm not sure if you will find any B18A engines at an importer. You will usually have to locate one of these older B18A swaps from a local salvage yard.
Don't expect to find a B18A swap with under 100,000 miles either, because these cars are growing older and are becoming more miled up. The average 1990-1991 Integra that rolls through my shop has well over 150,000 miles on them.
Make sure you get a 1990-1991 version or you will get the wrong ECU and engine harness.

They have ripped more people off on this site than I've ever seen from any and all other importers combined.
Import Auto Salvage is quailty and you get what you pay for, but again nobody carries low-mileage B18A swaps - period.
Honda Motors online has 10 times the better rep than Osaka, but again I doubt Steve has any B18A motors in stock.
