I had this plug on my old block... I blew that motor and found this plug left over... I pulled the connector off the block but the spot on my new block doesnt have this slot for the connector... what do I do? can i leave it disconnected? I think it was for the old turbo it had before i bought it...

I'm not 100% sure but I think thats the fan switch on a OLD SCHOOL 88-91 JDM B16a motor.

Yep. The older b18a1s had them on the back of the block too.

The newer ones have the fan switch on the thermostat housing.

You should have a round two pin plug on your thermostat housing.

If you do, then you dont need to worry about the one on the back of the block.

the first picture is either the vtec plug or a single wire O2 sensor plug from a CX.
the second picture is evap valve.

if u have a CX then u need to convert to 4 wire O2 sensor. search for the wiring instructions. for the evap, one goes to the canister and the other one goes to an open vacuum hole in the manifold.
