now that we know what it means.....wtf is the point?
it sounds like a lot of work for nothing. if you can't afford a real motor swap you should find a new hobby.

some people cant spend 2000+ on a motor swap but still love to work on cars and want to modify them.
im sorry if you have money comming out of your *** but some people dont.

2000 + is an understatement
more like 4000 - 5000 if your talking about a decent swap with everything done right the first time.
if car modding / engine swaping was a hobby for the rich, then people would stop bothering with ls/vtec's and the like.
in fact, people wouldnt even bother swaping engines and just buy better cars if money wasnt a problem, truth be told why bother with a civic when you can buy an S4 or an M5,
duct taping a sohc vtec head to your busted up d series for less than 400 dollars is an easy boost in performance if your really broke and can afford only one big mod. IMO better than an exhaust upgrade, more power, less noise.

i didn't spend $5000 on my swap but i would definately consider it decent. my swap was less than $2500 and that includes a 2001 b20z with 24k miles, a GSR tranny taken apart and completely cleaned at Acura, and an aftermarket clutch.
by the time i spend $5000 on my swap i better be running 12's.
