What do I have to do to the ECU wire harness for my EG H22a swap?

What do I have to do to the ECU wire harness for my EG H22a swap?
so all the wires are lengthened and such, all I have to do is take care of the knock sensor wire and ECU. I have a 92 si, so I know that the vtec is wired to the ecu and I have a 4 wire 02 sensor already... so what else do I have to do?
