Default what dizzy?

im building an ls/vtec from scratch to be put in a 97 ej8 jumpered to obd1 to run crome.

my confusion is coming in what dizzy to run. im not running the crank position stuff found on obd2 motors (hard to find really expensive new), and i believe the obd1 crank stuff is in the dizzy meaning that i would have to run that and adapt the plug on my harness.

this sound correct?

use any obd1 or 2 dizzy for your obd1 setup

and just use obd1 plugs.
