went to know about sohc zc to a vtec
any one know if i can and what i need and what head to use so any infor would help

It's gonna be some work to go from a SOHC ZC to a Ford motor....

if you're talkin VTEC sohc then it's the same as D16Z6
if you're planning on running the JDM ECU then you can run your stock 02 sensor and avoid all the extra O2 sensor wiring and the VTP VTEC pressure sensor (most JDM ECU's don't read this sensor)
