Default Using VTEC internal coil on LS dizzy?

The car runs but it misfires like a ****. Fuel pressure is at 36 psi and cam and ignition timing seem to be on point. Anybody know what could be going on? I don't know if it is related but I have a surging idle too when the car is warming up.

Thanks for any help you can offer.
