Default USDM vs. JDM engine wiring differences

I've got an engine wiring harness out of a USDM 2000 Civic SI I'm selling on eBay. I was asked if the harness will work with a JDM B16 and ECU. I told him it will, as long as it's going into the same generation car (99-00). I just want to confirm my answer to him. Any other input or options will also be appreciated. Thanks.
