Default USDM GSR engine + 99 Ek hatchback = swap questions

alright here it is,
i have my 99 Ek hatchback
i just bought a totaled 95 GSR (hit in the *** end)
anyhow, im yanking the engine and putting it in the 99 hatch
i know with the USDM b16a Si engine, it drops right in without having to get a diferent rear mount--only for jdm engines,,, . so the USDM GSR with stock mounts drops in?
with b16a i use the 99-00 si wireing harness. what about the GSR? use stock EK or Stock GSR? or 99 si?
then for the ECU,,, get a skunk2 jumper obd2 to obd1 and run a rechipped p28 or can i use the ECU from the 95 GSR? and plug it into my EK,, and last, is a 95 GSR oBD1 or OBD2??
if anyone can answer these questions, which i know someone can becuase i know this is a easy swap and has been down tons of times, its just that i am iffy on a few easy things about the b18c swap,(i know all about the b16 swap) and want to get them straightened out (about the b18) so i dont run into as many problems going into the swap blind or guessing, which pisses me off and wastes money.
thanks to all that help me out!!!

Your car is OBDII. 95 GSR is OBD1.
There are some minor differences.... just a reminder.

take the mounts from the 95 gsr an put them in the hatch and also take out the ecu an wiring etc out og the gsr an out it in the hatch an the hatch is obd2 and the hsr is obd1 so no need for a converter or a rechipped ecu stick with the stock ecu untill oyu have a good amount of mods
