Default tubro in a B16A or B18C?

Ok, i almost have enough for the B16A2 but I plan to install a turbo on it after it's swapped. I know the B18C would have a better output from a turbo becuz it has more torque but how much better will it really be? Should I just save another grand or so to get the B18C?

I'm unsure about NOS right now but it could be another future mod.

Correct me if im wrong, but apparently the LS tranny has longer gears, this is better for turbo setups because it allows for the turbo more time to spool up i think.

LS tranny is taller and therefore you have more time in the power band....unlike a N/A engine a turbo engine doesn't need a short gear ratio.
