Default Trouble with h22 idle and code 16

hi, ive just swapped an h22 into an ek. when i switch the ignition on, the cel light stays off. when i start the engine, it will not idle on its own, i have to feather the throttle to keep it running. as soon as i take my foot of the pedal, it will die. the cel comes on with a code 16 which is injector. i am getting 12v at each inj and 12.3ohms across each one which is good. also something else that i have noticed is the IACV hums when the ignition is on and the engine isnt running. i pull the plug off and the humming stops, put connector back on and it starts humming again. im seriously stuck as what to do and other things i can try to diagnose the problem.

can someone please help, its driving me mad. ive got the brake boost v.hose, FPR v.hose and evap v.hose connected to the manifold and all other nipples are just looped together with v.hose

Is your H22 using peak and hold injectors or saturated?

im using rc440's and im pretty sure i bought high resistance ones, which the 12ohms suggests. i guess checking fuel pressure would be a good idea?

what about the idle though? engine will not start with out the throttle plate being open. idle screw makes no difference. it must be the IACV?

today i tested my FITV when the engine is cold, it sucks air quite hard and slowly less air as it gets warmer. however if i completly shut the throttle plate, it will stall even with the FITV sucking air :-S . cannot get it to run without holding the throttle slightly open. with the code 16, it comes on after the engine is running, does that sound like a dirty injector?

i tested my injectors today and they are all spraying well. i held them all open with 12v one by one and sprayed them through with injector cleaner. would the code16 be anything to do with the basemap i had burned for me? can anyone tell me anything else i can try to narrow the problem down?

Have you checked your order of injectors should be brown, red, blue, yellow starting at the timing belt side. Could be alot of things. Try switching your iacv with another.
