Spins

Some times while shifting into 5th gear. The tranny seems to bind. It's like somethings in the way of letting the shifter fall into the cog. It goes into gear just doesnt pop into gear like normal. Everyonce in awhile it will grind alittle and fall into gear. Now it equally hard to get back out of gear when this happens. This seems to happen when shifting normal not racing or jamming it into gear. If I go to shift it into 5th and feelthe resistance I can pull the shifter back to the neutral position and then attempt the shift again all is good. Any ideas? This is a 95 gsr tranny.
