The condenser fan wil only come on when the AC is on. What I did was leave the fan in and hook it to a switch on the dash.

I've had the same problem with a couple of swaps. See normally only one fan comes on when the A/C isn't on. There's a relay that comes into play when the A/C is on, it switches on the other fan. SO what you do is find out which fan is being activated. Let your car sit for about 20 mins(or drive it around the block a few times), watch your fans. Wire the inactive fan in to the active fan's plug. Booya, both fans come on at once. Good for stop an go traffic, and those slow *** fast food lines
