Default Timing Belt cover Question????

Okay guy, when I got my b18a motor, the upper and lower timing belt cover wasn't there.... . Also, the back cover is bent. The reason of this post is because i live about 150 miles away from acura dealer or yunkyard provider. Can i just a b16a2 cover, honda dealer is only 5 mile? Aren't the b-seirs that same pattern? Also if anyone has one for sale hit me up.

I'm assuming you're talking about the plastic part that covers the cam gears on the outside, right? If you are, then NO a B16 cover will not fit right on there w/out some modification to the top for the valve cover..... dunno if the bolt holes line up on a LS head. But if you need a B18A cover, I have tons of them laying and you can have one for free.... just gimme $5 for shipping PM me if interested.

Well, when you have what's considered junk (to me) laying around the shop, collecting up, then you want to get rid of it and we usually just throw stuff like that away - misc plastic pieces, old SOHC motors & parts, empty RHD clips that are now shells, etc. If you want something like that, just take it away from us and do us both a favor
