Default Throwing Code 1 but O2 sensor is good so what's the deal?

I have a 99 B18C1 in my 92 VX and recently installed a JRSC complete with all original JR parts including the FMU. As soon as I turned the key over for the fuel pump to pressurize the CEL came on. I jumped the service connector and I'm throwing a Code 1. I checked the O2, even switched to another one but it's still throwing the code. I wondering if it has something to do with the fuel pressure - OEM FPR or the FMU possibly?
Keep in mind that the CEL came on before the car was even started and before the JRSC install the car has ran over 2 years with no CEL's. I followed the troubleshooting procedures for testing voltage and resistance on the O2 and the engine harness connector but it seems fine. Any suggestions?

Figured out that I'm throwing a code 10 (IAT) instead of a code 1. I guess I can't even read CEL's anymore
