Default Throwing a CEL 54 CODE, I need help..

I recently just put a LS motor in my EK. Finally after puttin gon a CAT and all the necessary o2 sensor it was running fine for about 80miles with out the CEL.

Than all of a suddenly on the freeway I hit a small bump and i threw a nice CHECK ENGINE LIGHT came back on. I pull the code this morning and it was a CEL 54 code which is the "Open or short in CKF sensor circuit, defective CKF sensor circuit".

Please let me know how I can troubleshoot the problem and find out there the problem is. Thank you for your help.
