Need help !!!!!!!!!!! with CEL

I just started it today after rebiulding the motor and it is throwing a cel code 4. I know what 3 and 5 are what is code 4? pleas help

Its not that hard to replace. I"ve had to replace mine 3 times only cause a wire would keep snapping on me...
