Default Which throttle cable? EG, B18C5

Car = 1992 Civic CX
Engine = B18C block/head, ITR intake manifold, ITR throttle body.

I tried the ITR cable- it works only if I mount the throttle cable bracket on the far driver's side of the manifold- I'm going to have to make a brace to it doesn't move around.
What throttle cable fits correctly in this swap?
The stock cable wasn't usable at all.

Thanks, someone must've lied about the throttle cable they sold me, probably the same person that lied about the rear tranny bracket that didn't fit. Oh well.

HCP throttle cable bracket. Works on the LS/B16A/Type R manifolds (B-series) so you can still use your existing Civic throttle cable w/out having to hack something up or to get a new throttle cable and run it through the firewall again.

you sound like you're having the same luck as me with idiot previous owners. I found out today that my *incorrect* throttle cable is held on with twisty ties (or tie wraps, whatever). I could also use some help with picking the correct throttle cable==> 1992 Civic Hatch DX + B18B engine swap..

all you need is a type-r throttle bracket to hold the cable in place. 8 bucks at the dealer
