throttle cable

Default throttle cable

is the throttle cable of an RS and A GSR the same I just put a 97 GSR motor in my 95 RS and the throttle cable seems to be way too long can anyone please show me a pic of their GSR or something any help would be appreciated.

The GSR and RS throttle cable are pretty much the same, just routed differently. The throttle cable on the GSR comes along the firewall and goes directly down into the throttle body where as the LS comes thru the intake manifold (next to the fuel rail).

You may use the RS throttle cable, just route it along the firewall and get a bracket (or use the GSR bracket) to hold the cable.

Other than that, I would obtain the GSR bracket and use the full GSR set up.
