temp gauge not working!

finished with the swap...now the temp gauge doesn't even work...whats wrong?

What swap did you do? What car was it in?

chk on the front of the head...is there a plug that broke off? it may be the temp sending unit...broke 2 on my swap! costs about $15 at napa or kragen..schucks..whatever.
