Yes i'm sorry i made mistake its a B18B1 engine and a SiRII engine also. Now does the LS/vtec fit in better. Oh and i also tried to change the trottle body on my 2000 HX with the B18B1 TB and when started up it reved from 1.5 -3 and go down and back up. Everything was hooked up but i did find that the back of the thottle body the fluid running underneath the TB, the pattern it runs through the trottle body is different . So i figure the might be the problem . Oh and about the LS/Vtec change over, I was told the SiRII pistons would bump the compression to a 11.4:1 ? Sorry about mess up.
thanks for help.

Yes if you put the b16a pistons in you'll get around that compression ratio.
Regarding the TB, it sounded like there was a vacuum leak.
