Default Tach not working after swap

I know there's a bunch of theads on this but I
still cannot figure it out. So Here it is,
I have a 93 sedan. I bought another
94 coupe that had a b20 swap. Swapped
the b20b into my sedan. Runs great. Gsr tranny.
Fun. But! My tach is not working. And they
both worked on each car before the swap.
Tried the jump ignition to blue wire with the
little pill on it. Still nothing. I used my stock
harness from the sedan. The Ecu is from a
95 Ls integra. I don't know what the
distributor is off of, but what i do know is
that the sedan(obd1) harness plugged right it to it
so I figure it's older. Can anyone please help
me figure this out. Cuz this sucks. I even tried an
external tach.
