Default swapping to a 00 B18B and staying automatic

i was considering leaving my 2000 civic Dx automatic , and swapping over a automatic B18B from a 2000 or newer integra. i know when you are doing a auto to manual swap, you have to change the passenger side transmission bracket. when i searched all i got was info about going to 5 speed.

will i have to do this as well for the B series auto transmision?

would i have to do additional wiring?

please add any other information that will help me save time, and most importantly not waste any money.
