swap question

hey Honda tech, I have question i have 2000 civic it has d16y7 and i was planning to swap to a b20 can i use the same wire harness and the same computer how both engines are non vtec ?

ok so i cant use the d series ecu .. would any non vtec b series ecu work with the b20
