you can use the stock eg box and gsr intake hose. the hose at the end is a little bigger over the box inlet but will be ok .

I'm using a ITR Arm with a USDM EG Air Box.
The part where the ITR Arm comnnects to the EG Box is bigger so go to Home Depot and get a Rubber(Plastic) Tube (do some measurements) and place it in the ITR Arm.
Then the EG box will fit right in, I have also removed all the Plastic Resonator to bring in some cold air while driving.
I notice much better throttle response from using the Box compare to my AEM.
But lack top end power according to my BUTT-DYNO.
For streets I recommend EG Box and on the track use a AEM style filter.
A GSR Arm will fit as well but it has an additional plastic resonator on the arm, ITR's Arm don't have that.

Thats how my setup is, i got a jdm b18c with a stock eg airbox with arm. It fits just like normal and performance is pretty good, i just love the sleeper look. Have someone that doesn't know honda's well and he'll think your car is STOCK. Since there is no BIG ol cone filter and chrome intake arm. I got 165hp to the wheels with jdm b18c gsr with airbox and stock exhaust manifold. Woot. and i did 14.2 at the track(street tires(
