Default SR20DET in an EK?

Anyone ever heard of anybody doing this? My brother is in Okinawa right now in the Air Force and he has a built SR20DET in his Nissan Pulsar GTI-R. When he comes back to the states in June, he won't be able to ship the entire car because of all the regulations (it's just a pain in the ***). The pulsar is AWD, so the engine should technically fit in my engine bay right? Has anyone tried this before?

the pulsar engine is the ****

iron block aluminum head. they can handle 500wheel for a year daily driven. let's see a stock regular SR do that..AND LAST A YEAR. nope can't do it.

but yeah, get rid of the ITB's and top mount on them...and it's a damn good engine to start from. the map reading on the ITB"s sucks and boost transition can get ugly sometimes

A sr20det into an ek would be sick. Don't listen to anybody that tells you otherwise. Now if you are not a very good fabricator it is going to cost you alot to get this done so it might not make very good $$$ sense as opposed to building a honda motor. Oh and pay very close attention to axle angles if you make the mounts yourself, nothing like finishing up a project like this and then having to redo all the mounts after snapping some axles.
