Default Spark Plugs for B20 Vtec

Hi guys,

I'm wondering what type/heat range spark plugs you recommend for a b20vtec setup with polished & cc'ed head, standard cams (at this stage), 84.5mm Endyn pistons.

I have been told that the same plugs used in a Type R are best. Is this correct?

Thanks

Marcus
