Default Some quick B20 questions about compression.....

Before I pulled the trigger on the b18c, I had some curious question about a b20 with some other b series head. It seems like the B20 shortblocks are super cheap.I am set on the Type r trans so thats out of the way. If I were to take a stock B20, which head would yield the highest compression? Does the B20 block have piston oil squirters? I know there are a couple different B20's out there so I guess the question really is with b20/b series head yields the highest compression? I am also curious about the power that has been achieved. I know the stock b18c-r is capable of high 160-low170whp/and 130tq IIRC. I am after the TQ from the b20 for my racecar, and the thought of some near h22 tq makes my mouth water in my 2000lb hatch.
I have also heard of weak sleeves in the b20's, any truth to that from 1st hand experience?
