SOHC VTEC Head Differences

SOHC VTEC Head Differences
I just wanted to make sure on what the differences were between the d16z6 and the d16y8 head? is it the bottom deck of the head? z6 is round and y8 is rectangle (or sqare shaped) hence more compresion on the y8? is this correct? is there other major differences?? thanks
