Smoke from Intake
H22A in my civic.
I installed a MSD 6AL and wired a kill switch to the purple wire on the MSD box. I forgot to flip the switch and tried to crank the car a couple of time and relized that the the switch is off.
I flip the switch and the car moves a little (like the spark was being sent) and all of a sudden there is some smoke coming from the intake pipe. without me starting the car!
could it be the unburned fuel and if it is, would it mess anything up?

Re: Smoke from Intake (vtecbeast)
it is just burning off the excess fuel in your combustion chamber....and i dont think it'll mess anything up.
as for the "FEELING" like it lunges forward, maybe when the switch is turned on, it sends a signal to the MSD box and the msd box turns on the magnetic pickup resulting in some spark and burning the fuel in the combustion chamber,
