Aren't you going to need a VAFC-VTEC Controller? I think that is what I heard. ?

You'll probably want to get 2 more of the longer center intake manifold/fuel rail studs. Or you can take your IM to your local NAPA and get two M6x1.00x20mm flange bolts to bolt the fuel rail to the S2 IM. You can use your longer GSR center stud, or get another M6x1.00x20mm flange bolt if you want. Somebody on the official S2 IM thread stated that M6x1.00x20mm was the correct length to replace the 3 IM studs, but I got some bolts in 25mm, 30mm, and 35mm lengths just in case.

You may also want to replace the ten cylinder head studs with longer studs (M8x1.25x50mm), because if you use the original studs some of the nuts are just barely screwed onto the IM.

And also you may want to get a different style TB pulley, since the GSR one is backwards. Check out the below pick and see how the GSR on the left is different from the one on the right. You need one that is identical to the one on the right.

check out the following links for some more S2 info:

sorry to hijack.. I heard you cannot use the intake manifold bracket, because theres no place to mount in to the skunk2im. Leading to that, there's also a pipe mounted on that bracket, where the heater hose connects to and from this pipe it leads to the water pump pipe where the coolant routes to. My questions is what did you guys do about this? did u reuse the pipe that was suppose to mounted on the intake manifold and left it dangling, or could u replace it with a piece of rubber hose and connect it straight to the waterpump pipe?
Other then that, what size hose is the pcv valve hose to the top of the intake manifold? I wanted to have it it just like how the itr manifold is where the pcv is relocated to the manifold, but i dont think it would be necessary so im going to just run a hose from IM all the way down to the pcv valve on the pcv black box.
Also what size hose is for the vacumm line from IM to evap solenoid? And what other hoses are required? thanks

It may be considered as over-kill, but here is a page where I cover what I did;
