Re: (zm_dawg)
The end of the header will meet up EXACTLY to where your cat-back exhaust starts (after the down pipe) but the only problem is that the cross mounts are facing different directions. You'll have to cut one end and turn it 90 degrees and then reweld it to make the bolt holes line up. If you're doing a cat then you'll need to cut about a foot out of your b pipe to make it all fit. PM me if you have any questions. I just finished this whole ordeal. Haha.

Yes, that's correct. You only need a rear Civic SI transmission bracket, and a driver side bracket. NOT THE MOUNTS.
The brackets.
As you stated, #1,7, and 10. That's correct.
USDM 99 GSR has a different style DP, and placement for the oxygen sensors, they're connected to the cat. Just change the DP to a previous year.

Re: (DC2EK)
Just from my expierience, I bought the rear tranny mount. I used the rest that came with the USDM GSR motor. I did have ti shim (with washers) the lower drivers side motor mount. The rest of the motor mounts were bolted solid when I did this so I'm sure it was square. I was also lost with the second 02 sensor with no cat and exhaust. So I did a permanent fix before I even started the motor. I had the second bung welded on the down pipe. No codes and perfect running. I figured Hondas run clean enough before and after the cat that the computuer wouldn't notice the change in position. I will try to post the pic of my 02 sensor setup.[IMG][/IMG]
