Default which should i go with?

im on the vurge of buying a 92-95 hatch but dont know if i should get a Gsr swap with a 65 shot of nos or an ls running 9 psi on a turbo kit of some kind with ext wastegate, t3 turbo, fuel reg, fuel pump, bov, and intercooler

i would get the gsr and save up money and turbo that

but i do like ls turbo
