Gsr in a crx
Doesn't matter what trim really, you'll need:
GS-R ECU, wiring harness (what year is the GS-R motor?), shift linkage, cable tranny, a pretty big hammer, someone who knows how to run the VTEC wire to the ECU, and most importantly, axles. Getting custom axles to fit a GS-R motor is always a pain in the butt, I've always had the experience that they're made too long or too short and always snap under boost, maybe even under normal conditions. Lowering the car makes this even more complicated.
IMHO, B/H series swaps into CRX's are a headache and a half.

Well it does matter what trim level you have when it comes to the parts list for this swap. If you have an hf you need to get different knuckles, either teg, or civic ex. In order for the axles to fit.
You need a 91-93 b-series cable tranny (with rear tranny mount).
91-93 teg axles and intermediate shaft.
Mount kit and linkage you can get HCP (I have this in mine).
Dependent upon the year and obd release of your engine, and what your preferences are you can convert it to obd-0 with a harness kit, and use a p28.
You also need radiator hoses (I used teg hoses).
As far as harness for the engine either an si or hf harness will work.
I suggest an aftermarket single runner IM, like skunk2 or HP racing. This way you won't ever have to mess with the butterflies opening or not.
Also depending on the year of the engine you might need a different drivers side mount bracket.
I'm sure I missed something since it's pretty early
.
There are some misc parts like plugs wires ect.. you should replace during the swap. Try searching this has been covered many times, and the more you look around the more you will find out about this swap. Just take your time and do your research. The swap and wiring is not hard, if you go about it the right way. People that say it's hard more than likely have not done it. Or have talked to people who did it, but did it wrong.
If you have any specific questions feel free to ask, or hit me on an IM. Good luck

Well price depends a lot on where you get your parts. If you go to a shop, or look around on line for the best deal.
My total into my car without the price of the car is around 5500. However that also includes a lot of misc. stuff, like my wheels, and tie rod ends.
To be on the safe side save about 2k, because you never now what you'll run into.
Don't quote me on price though, because it will vary.

So basically all I need is the motor w/ a si cable tranny integra axles a gsr ecu with some wiring and mounts. How much can i get all of these for including the motor?
