running ls turbo

im put my turbo in but i dont have any fuel stuff hooked up or the intercooler so im not boosting. is this alright or will i ruin my motor/turbo? will it heat up? i trying to little by little?

If you let it spin, unregulated, the turbo can basically spin itself to death.
