Default Shift linkage

Are all b-series shift linkage the same?

The shift linkage that came with my swap does not want to match up.

Its a jspec b18c and the shift linkage says ek on it.

Depends on the car. if you are swapping a B series into an EG/EK, then yes B series shift linkage will work.

If it's an EF then you need to have it trimmed and re-welded to fit.

No all B Series linkages are not the same. The Del Sol VTEC has it's own linkage and the 90-93 Integra will only fit those years (or can be modded for EF B series swaps). Then you have the 94-01 Integra and 99-00 Civic Si which are interchangeable and will fit all 92-95 EG Civic's and 96-00 EK Civic's.

When you say it doesn't match up, is it too short? too long? or will it not even mount up properly? What car is this B18C swap going into?

A little bent??? Uhhhh that might be the reason it doesn't fit... If the linkage was meant to be connected to the steering rack it would probably fit fine

Well who ever got hit by this "weapon". I am sure they got messed up. Too bad i missed it.

- Do you think trying to bend in into the right shape would work?
