Default sensor problems after H22 swap

I have a 96 H22A with a OBDI P13 ECU in my 97 Accord. I am getting a CEL with codes 12 and 41. 12 is the EGR lift valve sensor and 41 is the oxygen sensor heater....I believe. I tested both sensors. The first one works and the second one does not. I alreasy know that the 2nd doesn't work because I got a CEL for that b4 I even started the swap. I didn't fix it because I knew that the OBDI ECU would not read it. What should I do?

BTW, I am using a conversion harness. I checked the wiring and it seems to be correct.

I had a similar problem with the EGR after my swap as well. I checked, double checked, and even triple checked everything!!!!

What I finally figured out was that for the EGR sensor, it needs a vacuum signal, for which I forgot to hook up since my H22a4 didn't have enough ports on the IM for all my vacuum lines...so I just left it off, and didn't pay it any attention. When I finally found the line, I hooked it up, and now it runs fine with no CEL.

No, I did not. Is that on the ECU side or the harness side, cuz I don't have pin a11 on the ECU side. PLus from the pinouts I got from the Helms manual for the 97 Accord, A6 is the 02 sensor but A11 is the IGP1, which is the power source for the ECM/PCM control circuit.
