Searched! D15B7= Bolt in/plug n play in an OBD1 CRX?
Here's the deal, I can get a D15B7 for dirt cheap!
One of my CRX DX's has no compression, and I'm in the middle of wiring it for OBD1(future home of a B17). Can I just drop in the D15B7, in the meantime?
Are motor mounts the same?
OBD1 ECU and wiring just plug and play?

Simply switch the driver's side bracket and mount on the D15B7 to the stock CRX bracket and mount and it'll bolt right in. Of course you'll need to reuse the CRX's cable tranny with upper and rear mounts. If you complete the OBD1 wiring, it will make the motor basically plug and play. When you go to put the B17 in, you'll only need to wire up the extra sensors like the VTEC solenoid, VTEC pressure switch, Knock, etc.

I know it's not VTEC, don't need it, yet. I just need an engine to get the car driveable, so my nieghbors don't lynch me. LOL
PS: I'm only paying $100.00 for it.
