S2000 Swap?
Ok I am having S2000 dreams, I was thinking would this be possible. Would a s2000 motor bolt up to a k20 rsx tranni? any ideas. I remember seeing a crx at a show once with a fwd s2000 motor but the owner was not around to ask questions.

Honda F20C1 Powertrain conversion for Lotus Elise-Exige
We've recently purchased this 3000 mile old Honda F20C engine (S-2000) that will be coupled to the 6 speed limited slip trans from the new K20A. This is Honda's top line performance engine, producing 240HP,and redlined at 9000 RPM is the highest revving production engine ever built. After finishing the new Lotus Elise - Honda K20A conversion kit, the engineering will commence on the F20C conversion. This will be a more substantial project, as it will require a completely new casting for the bell-housing end of the trans. Prototype Racing will produce this casting, fully machined, for anyone desiring to mate the F20C engine to the K20A trans
From the prototype racing site.

Re: S2000 Swap?
is there any ready kit to connect the s2000 trans to k motors or even others if possible, also is there any other stuff to be used to fix those front wheel engins vertically in the car

Re: S2000 Swap?
The bellhousing to transversely mount the f20c to a k series transmission is eeeeeeeeeeeexpensive and you'll be better of buying a k20 and building the head to take high rpm...
properly build a k20 from the money you save on the bellhousing and you'll well outperform the f20c..... get a sixspeed tranny with an lsd and you'll love it.........
If you really want to go for an F20c........put it in your civic longitudinally...... warning however...your wallet will burn, unless you posess good fabrication skills and have the tools....

That build looks killer. .
Yes its possible to mounth the f20c with a K series trans in a civic.
It will only cost about 1800-2200 more than what a regular K swap would cost.
You will see VERY soon . .

Re: S2000 Swap?
thank you all for the valuable feed back, but i mean k 20 or 24 in to f20c 6speed transmission, i dont know exactly what is the code for the transmission, so if there is any one know about that kit, also the k engines is fromt wheel engine mount so what will be the way of mounting it as the way of rear wheel engines mounted

you will need a custom bellhousing or aftermarket transmission to mount a k20 longitudinally in your civic either mated to the oem 6 speed S2k tranny or a sadev/quaife/xtrac/ricardo/drenth etc gearbox.
The bellhousing will run in the couple of thousand dollars if you do it correctly and properly, the aftermarket transmissions will cost you about 15000-30000 dollar
