The S2k motor spins the "right" way, so you could conceivably put it into anything else that was already RWD.
I suggest a Chevelle. I guarantee you won't see another one with the same swap at cruise night.

im sure with the right amount of r&d, time and money you could make it fit into anything.
ive seen it in an AE86 Corrola, E30 BMW and some tiny rwd soft top. maybe it was a truimph or somthing

I live in Canada, there is a guy that took two year's to put one in an eg hatchback. It is now rwd and the engine is sitting like in an s2000. He had to build is own center console cause the tranny is sticking up around there. It is only a car show altough he actually drove it a couple of time. I say it is a waste of time and money.

Like I just said on another post, mid-engine F20c with a F20b tranny, all into a CR-X. What do ya think? I think it would work.

You could make it work, it just would take some fabbing and time, the biggest thing that you would have to worry about is mounts and where you are going to stuff that tranny. What are the specs on a S200 motor?

YOu gotta be completely out of your mind. You know how much good quality sunbeam tigers go for now a days? Also, I'm sure you'd have a lot more potential staying with the stock 260ci v8.

This thread is rediculous. The dude who started this is a MORON! Unless your loaded or own you own Engine/Machine shop and have about 6 months on your hands with absolutly nothing to do the f20 only goes in the car it came in. My advice to the kid who posted this is to go back to Autozone and pick up another LED muffler tip cut a couple holes in your rear bumper then zip tie that bitch up...you'll be able to run with any S2K after that!

GEEZ
I say a Ford Pinto.
At least the guy called it an engine, which is correct. I have heard 40 year old men call internal combustion engines- motors. I mean it never hurts to daydream a little, and maybe he did it in the wrong place. Just tell him that, and send him along.
All ya'll were 15 once too....So I suggest that the flaming can stop now.... You just never had anyplace like this to do your daydreaming.
I swear this place is growing too fast for anyone here to understand what the problem is.
Does anyone know what the new member rate is daily? I would be curious to find out.
Later.
